Questions buyers ask
How does the Score treat hail damage?
Hail and other cosmetic damage earn more points than collision damage because they’re usually easier to repair. The brand, the repair estimate and whether it runs and drives count too.
Where does the title brand on a listing come from?
The seller enters the exact word from the title, such as Salvage, Rebuilt or Junk, and the state that issued it. Check the title yourself before you buy.
How do I buy one of these vehicles?
Create a free account and offer above or below the asking price. If the seller accepts, you pay an introduction fee and the seller pays a success fee. Once both fees are paid, you swap contact details and arrange payment and pickup. DNF never handles the money for the vehicle.
Can I see a vehicle before I pay for it?
Yes. Once the seller accepts and both fees are paid, you can contact them directly, see the vehicle and check its papers and any liens before you pay the seller.
