For questions about your account, a listing, an offer or a message, write to support@damagednotfinished.com. Write to the same address to ask a moderator to look again at a suspended account or at a listing that was sent back.

Privacy and your information
To ask what we hold about you, get a copy of it, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent to something, write to support@damagednotfinished.com. You can also correct your details, turn off alert emails and delete your account yourself from your account.
The privacy policy says what we collect, why, and how long we keep it. People in the US can also read the privacy notice for California residents and their privacy rights in the US on the same page.

Report a listing or a message
Use "Report this listing" on the vehicle's page, or "Report" in a conversation. Reports go to our moderators, and you don't need to be signed in to report a listing. Trust and safety says what happens next.
Alert emails
Every alert email has links to stop alerts for that saved search or to stop all alert emails. You can also turn alerts off in your saved searches and your profile.
What we can't help with
A sale is between the buyer and the seller. DNF doesn't handle vehicle payments, transfer registrations or titles, arrange transport or customs, or inspect vehicles, so we can't do those for you. For what a vehicle needs before it can be registered, ask the registry or DMV where you'll register it.
